General Terms
Basis of Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the 7z999 platform and the user ("Member"). By creating an account on 7z999 or using the platform, the member is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
These Terms apply to all services on the platform — online casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other products. Where separate terms exist for a specific promotion or service, those terms will apply alongside these main Terms.
Scope of Services
7z999 is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games and sports betting services for Bangladeshi members. All services on the platform are secured with SSL encryption technology and operated in accordance with fair play principles.
7z999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, game, or feature at any time without prior notice. 7z999 will not be liable for any temporary disruption due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
Eligibility & Account Registration
Membership Eligibility
To open an account at 7z999, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- Members must provide true, accurate, and complete information about themselves.
- Each individual may operate only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Members must operate the account in their own name and for themselves — not on behalf of any other person.
- The payment method used on the account must be registered in the member's own name.
Registration Process & Verification
Members must provide accurate personal information at the time of registration. 7z999 may conduct an identity verification process (KYC) at any time and may request necessary documents — such as a copy of a national ID card or passport.
If verification is not completed, or if the information provided is found to be false or incomplete, 7z999 reserves the right to suspend or close the account and withhold deposited funds.
Account Security
Protecting Your Login Details
Members are fully responsible for keeping their 7z999 username and password confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
If a member suspects any unauthorised access to their account, they must notify the 7z999 support team immediately. All activity that occurs before the member informs the platform is the member's responsibility.
- It is recommended to change your password regularly.
- Avoid logging in on public computers or shared networks.
- Be cautious of phishing emails or suspicious links.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Terms
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at 7z999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
- Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be rejected.
- Deposit amounts are credited to the account instantly.
Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from 7z999:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
- 7z999 reserves the right to investigate withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
To withdraw from bonus funds, the wagering requirements related to that bonus must be fulfilled (see section 5 for details).
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
New members at 7z999 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
Example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳32,000 or more → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.
Before the bonus can be withdrawn, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus combined).
General Bonus Rules
- The welcome bonus applies only once per member, device, IP address, and payment method.
- If the bonus conditions are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
- 7z999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be suspended.
- The specific terms for each promotion will be stated on that promotion's page.
Betting Rules & Prohibited Activities
Betting Rules
All betting activity at 7z999 is conducted fairly and transparently. The following applies to all members:
- A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless it was accepted in error due to a technical fault.
- 7z999 reserves the right to cancel bets that were processed incorrectly due to a technical error.
- In sports betting, results will be determined based on results announced by the official authority (such as ICC, FIFA).
- If an event in a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- Information on game and betting limits will be displayed in the interface of each game.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:
- Operating two or more accounts.
- Playing in another person's name or using a third party's funds.
- Placing bets strategically to circumvent bonus conditions (bonus abuse).
- Using computer programs, bots, or automation software to play.
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Fraudulent activity against the platform or other members.
If such activity is detected, 7z999 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
Practice Responsible Gaming

Liability, Disputes & Changes
Limitation of Liability
7z999 will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from a member's gaming activity. This includes:
- Losing a game due to loss of internet connection.
- Any loss caused by third-party software or hardware issues.
- Account information being compromised due to the member's own negligence.
- Temporary service disruption caused by a technical outage.
However, 7z999 is always committed to ensuring fair play and the security of members' funds.
Dispute Resolution Process
If a member has a complaint about any matter, they must first contact 7z999's support team:

After a complaint is submitted, 7z999 will investigate and provide a resolution. If a resolution is reached through member support, a settlement will be attempted through discussion. In complex cases, the matter will be escalated to a higher level for review.
Policy on Changes to Terms and Conditions
7z999 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified via email or through the platform.
Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered as the member's agreement to the revised terms and conditions. It is therefore recommended to check this page regularly.
Account Closure and Suspension
Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.
7z999 may unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Prohibited activities (see Section 7).
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
If an account is closed for valid reasons, the member's legitimate balance (if any and subject to bonus conditions being met) will be returned. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.
